Welcome to Xaalice.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.xaalice.com (the "Site"), including browsing, purchasing products, creating an account, and using services offered through the Site.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced on the Site. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer right or legal remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

3. Product Availability

Product availability can change. We may update listings, limit purchase quantities, or discontinue products.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you about the available options. We will not substitute a different product without your consent. If the order is canceled after payment, we will refund the amount due to your original payment method in accordance with applicable law and our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Pricing, Currency, and Taxes

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the Site are in United States dollars (USD). Review the currency and order total at checkout before submitting your order.

The order total includes product prices, applicable shipping charges, discounts, and taxes displayed at checkout.

If we identify a material pricing or listing error before accepting an order, we will inform you before proceeding. If the order cannot be fulfilled as submitted, we may cancel it and refund any payment received for the canceled order. We will not charge a corrected price without your agreement when agreement is required by law.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products under the information presented at checkout. An order confirmation email confirms receipt of your order; it does not by itself confirm final acceptance or shipment.

Before fulfilling an order, we review payment authorization, product availability, order information, suspected fraud, and compliance with applicable law.

We may decline, hold, or cancel an order when payment cannot be completed, required information is materially inaccurate or incomplete, a product is unavailable, a material error affects the order, fraud or unauthorized activity is reasonably suspected, or fulfilling the order would violate applicable law or these Terms.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount due to your original payment method and notify you using the contact information provided with the order. The payment provider determines how long the refund takes to appear in your account.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. The payment methods shown for your transaction are the methods available to you for that order.

You authorize the selected payment provider to process payment for your order. We process your order after receiving the payment authorization or confirmation required for the transaction.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Order processing, shipping methods, delivery estimates, shipping charges, and delivery conditions are described in our Shipping Policy and the information displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise. Carrier operations, weather, holidays, customs procedures, and other events outside our reasonable control can affect delivery.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Contact us promptly if you discover an error. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order enters processing or shipment.

We handle delivery issues in accordance with our Shipping Policy and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility for delivery or fulfillment that the law requires us to accept.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements, exclusions, and procedures stated in that policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits a return, refund, or other right that applicable law guarantees.

We may restrict or suspend account access to address security risks, investigate suspected unauthorized activity, or comply with applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses and reasonable expenses arising directly from your unlawful misuse of the Site or material violation of these Terms, including third-party claims caused by your infringement of another person's rights.

This section does not transfer to you responsibility for our own conduct where applicable law prohibits that transfer.
